The hotel is in a superb location in the heart of the city. The rooms have a local fruit-inspired decor and a spacious balcony, providing a delightful breakfast experience. However, some maintenance issues were present on the flooring. The staff were accommodating and helpful but seemed more attentive to regular guests. The dining was generally good with a wide variety but could improve health-wise. The cleanliness was affected by birds on the property.
The hotel had a chaotic feel and the flooring boards were run down, but the room I stayed in was surprisingly comfortable and well-equipped. The staff, especially Sonu from guest relations, were extremely friendly and hospitable. The location was stunning with pleasant and clean rooms, yet disappointment crept in due to some areas being unkept. The dining experience, though, was really good despite some minor issues. Overall, I found it to be a mix of highs and lows, offering a decent stay with room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a blend of comfort and convenience. The rooms were well-sized and well-appointed, although there was some noise at night. The friendly service, especially from Rosch and Govardhan, made our experience truly welcoming.
